It was in a central location, near 2 major stations. It was also right by the restaurant on ground level, that operates as a normal restaurant during lunch and dinner hours and Umeda subway.

Central location was a plus. You could walk to supermarkets and convenience stores.

Had a comfortable stay in my first night of stay, everything was wonderful. I got a room with a bathtub. The location was favourable near shops and restaurants and the staff here was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice.

We had a lovely experience in this pretty standard and comfy hotel. Good service from the really helpful staff that we interacted with. It was in a convenient location next to a ferris wheel.

The hotel was cute and overall clean, with excellent and efficient staff at the reception desk. My guest room was available with a lounge and a kettle.

The location was fantastic and wonderful to the stations including JR line, you may take train on Osaka train station within 5 minutes walk from here. We stayed for business trip and would return anytime.

The room was big size and beautifully designed, had large private bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by the shopping district, KIX airport and underground subway. In the evening we went to Isaribi, located within a close distance from the property...

Facilities were wonderful, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was stylish and had good lighting, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The laundry room on-site was a lifesaver for us on this trip. Additionally, the location was fantastic, very easy to find and close to Umeda station. The area had plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff treated us well and made us feel welcome.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection.
